Job Details

A talented LMS Training Developer is needed to design and build modular training programs. This role involves creating engaging, scalable learning solutions to equip teams with the skills necessary to manage fan and employee-facing applications, such as ticketing, food and beverage, loyalty programs, and more. Brief description about the current team and their daily responsibilities:
  • Will work alongside 2 existing Instructional Designers, who are putting together a structured plan for all the training content, type, audience, and timing.
  • Existing personnel to collaborate to validate content, timing, format, and training logistics.
  • Outsourced vendor developing new features, fixing defects to the customer and employee-facing apps that trainers will need to understand to incorporate.
Job Description:
  • Experience building training modules in the ADP Learning Management System or 360Learning platforms.
  • Ability to do photo and video editing of raw content to incorporate into training modules (screenshots, video clips, photos, Figma).
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
  • Experience delivering training to end users and train-the-trainer.
  • Potentially assist with in-person training sessions for up to 500 people, in classroom sizes of approximately 30 at a time.
  • Must be a self-starter who can take direction and execute, yet also collaborate and work alongside an existing team.
  • Need to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment with tight schedules.
  • Need strong communication and presentation skills.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
