Job Title: Dealer Systems Business Analyst Job ID: 25-08348 Location: East Moline, IL Duration: 12 months on W2 contract

1st Shift - 40 hours (8am to 5pm) On-Site 4 days/week

As a Dealer Systems Business Analyst, you will manage and support the ordering, inventory tracking, and pricing processes for key Microsoft products between the Dealers, Business (Product Management), and IT

Position Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with accounting to update and maintain current product pricing and billing processes.
  • Developing new order processes in growth regions.
  • Supporting the annual planning of the Microsoft ordering process with the Enterprise Desktop Applications Team.
  • Supporting and monitoring the dealers order fulfillment process for Microsoft Products
  • Proactively managing, tracking, and maintaining Microsoft software entitlements.
  • Addressing dealer inquiries related to Microsoft licensing.
  • Driving efficiencies in this area through automation and tools such as Power Platform, and helping to define best practices

What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)
  • Financial Analyst and Supply Management Experience (Preferred)
  • Process oriented, disciplined and organized, with strong attention to detail.
  • Project management experience and/or experience leading change management efforts.
  • Experience with financial analysis, thinking critically, and demonstrating results.
  • Experience with the ability to drive, lead, and execute change.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to work with a variety of business partners.
  • Prior Client experience is not required but is preferred.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $28.00-$31.50 per hour.
