Lead Program Manager - Liquid Natural Gas (LNG)

Overview: Experienced Program Manager to lead the development and construction of a Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) storage facility in southern Wisconsin. Responsible for managing the development, construction, and transition to operational status of a new LNG facility. Program Manager will lead the project team, risk management, and will coordinate with engineering, project stakeholders, and third-party procurement and construction contractors.
Program Manager will lead a team of 10-15 resources of various personnel, engineers, and project managers.
Responsibilities:
Supports program and project governance reviews.
Determines specific business needs and deliverables of project, establishes and manages the costs, resources, performance measurements, timeline, and project deliverables.
Determine appropriate project resource and staffing skillsets
Manage applicable project contracts in conjunction with sourcing personnel.
Prepares Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluates responses, participates in negotiations, interprets contract language, and handles finances.
Responsible for development and execution of communication and stakeholder management plans related to projects, including the development and reporting of project status, risks and progress to stakeholders
Qualifications:
15+ years of Program Management or large-scale Project Management experience
Previous experience managing at least one end-to-end LNG project through completion
PMP Certification - must have
