Johnson & Jonson Innovative Medicine (IM), is currently recruiting for Sr. Manager - Data Analytics. This position will be located in Titusville, NJ, Raritan, NJ, or New Brunswick, NJ. There is a potential to be located at another JnJ Innovating Medicine facility for the right talent.

IM Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

This program will simplify the J&Js Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

As the Sr. Manager - Data Analytics, you will drive the comprehensive design and strategy of data and analytics solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Data Analytics End-to-End Integration Lead, who coordinates the implementation and delivery of these solutions as part of the IM Transcend transformation program. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across all regions to ensure alignment with global organizational objectives, demonstrating industry-standard practices in data governance, advanced analytics, and integrated reporting.

Your area of influence will be cross with specific attention in the Supply Chain for Advanced Therapies and R&D capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with functional leads and business teams to integrate supply chain-specific needs into business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and global standards.
  • Drive standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency across regions.
  • Design global analytics templates in collaboration with crucial partners, including Advanced Therapies, R&D, and others.
  • Serv as a central point of contact for template users across the organization during the project.
  • Convert business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
  • Own & handle business requirement backlog.
  • Coordinate data asset life-cycle management related activities, fostering a strong data culture with a focus on comprehensive thinking around data as a product.
  • Define governance policies to ensure the accurate use, updates, and maintenance of the global analytics related templates.
  • Regularly audit and refine templates based on user feedback and changing business needs.
  • Partner with D&A's E2E Integration Leader for the technical deployment (BTR) activities of prioritized backlog elements.
  • Provide support during the technical deployment and testing phases.
  • Act as a leader with vision and key advisor on emerging trends in data management and analytics technologies

Qualifications

Education:
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree is required; focused degree in Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, or related field is preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrable experience in leading data assets while maintaining data quality and governance standards
  • Strong expertise in data lifecycle management, data modeling, and data architecture principles
  • Familiarity with data governance tools, data management platforms, and data quality management practices
  • Prior background working with SAP S/4
  • Deep knowledge of the supply chain operations, including understanding processes, rules, and data requirements
  • Data Strategy facilitator to help drive business impacts

Preferred:
  • Experience in the Pharmaceuticals and/or Healthcare industries
  • Technical expertise and knowledge for digital solution implementation and deployment
  • Demonstrate software programming expertise and advanced database knowledge
  • Blend of business acumen and expertise in data modeling
  • Experience shaping data service levels agreement with different end user groups
  • Knowledge in data lifecycle management procedures and standard processes
  • Demonstrates analytics skills and critical thinking

  • This position may require up to 10% of domestic or international travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$ 120,000 USD-$ 207,000 USD

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
