Job Details
Network Engineer
Seattle or in Bellevue, WA

Hybrid role
Architect and design enterprise-grade network solutions for retail operations, corporate offices, and cloud connectivity.
Lead the implementation and optimization of Cisco Meraki wireless and switching infrastructure.
Design and manage Cisco SD-WAN deployments for resilient, cost-effective connectivity.
Engineer and maintain secure environments using Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Prisma cloud services.
Develop scalable routing and switching architectures (BGP, OSPF, OMP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with business requirements.
Perform network assessments, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Create and maintain detailed network documentation (topology diagrams, configuration standards, design guides).
Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Serve as a technical lead on network-related projects and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications:
7+ years of network engineering experience in enterprise or retail environments.
Expert-level knowledge of Cisco Meraki and SD-WAN technologies.
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Panorama, and security policies.
Strong understanding of routing and switching protocols.
Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments. (Should be aware)
Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Meraki Dashboard, SolarWinds, vManage).
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications: CCNP, Cisco Meraki CMNA/CMNO, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with retail store networks, POS systems, guest Wi-Fi, and IoT devices.
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and network segmentation strategies.
