We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions,
ensuring successful implementation and optimization of financial systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile practices.
- Experience with Drupal or similar content management systems is highly desirable
- Good experience in using industry-standard design and work management tools such as Jira, Google Docs, Lucid Chart, etc…
- Knowledge of utility industry processes and customer portal solutions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members.
- Experience in working with vendors (onshore and/or offshore)
