The job profile for this position is Software Engineering Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc.

Qualifications-
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a Computers or Engineering field and 5 years of IT experience (or a Master's degree in a Computers or Engineering field and 3 years of IT experience). Must have experience with: Developing SAP Hybris eCommerce solutions; Requirements Analysis; Preparing System Architecture; Preparing Low-Level and High-Level Design Documents; Cost Benefit Analysis; Effort Estimation; Sprint Planning; Code Review; Design Review; Test Plan Review; Coding and Unit Testing; Component Integration testing; System Integration Testing; User Acceptance Testing; Defining Development Guidelines; Supporting Load Testing and Application Tuning; Post-Implementation Support; New Project Proposals; Defining Product/Project Roadmap; and Providing Technical Support to Development Team Members.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Responsibilities-
- Serves as a member of the software development team.
- Aid in the innovation and creation of company software and programs.
- Provides technical management and support for the interfaces to the OTC SAP applications.
- Responsible for working in both delivery and pre-sales, creating workload estimates. Proactive support of ongoing deals and other revenue-enabling activities. Provide solution consulting to prospects, partners and internal sales including demos and workshops.
- Responsibility for the successful implementation of SAP processes, solutions, and products within assigned accounts for their core area of expertise.
- Support presales activities with feasibility or effort assessments.
- Collaboration and knowledge sharing within the community.
- Guide customers and partners through their SAP Hybris implementation.
