Job Title: Helpdesk Coordinator
Location: Plano, TX
Employment Type: Contract - Onsite

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to manage helpdesk operations during the decommissioning phase. The candidate will handle user queries, escalate issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for helpdesk support during decommission.
Log, track, and resolve user issues efficiently.
Escalate complex problems to technical teams and follow up on resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of helpdesk activities and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and SLAs.
