Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer - AWS Infrastructure & Technical Troubleshooting
Location: Dallas, Texas (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Cloud Support Engineer with experience in AWS services, technical troubleshooting, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support, monitor cloud environments, and assist in operational maintenance and documentation to ensure system reliability and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for AWS services via email, chat, or phone, assisting customers with troubleshooting.
  • Monitor cloud environments, respond to alerts, and manage incident escalation when necessary.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AWS infrastructure.
  • Maintain clear documentation of support cases, contributing to knowledge base improvements.
  • Perform operational maintenance, including system updates, backups, and health checks for cloud services.
  • Engage with customers, ensuring they understand processes and solutions to resolve queries effectively.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS) and cloud architecture.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Shell) for automation.
  • Fundamental Linux/Unix administration knowledge.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills for efficient troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
