Drupal UI/UX Designer/Developer
Boston, MA - Onsite work required
Duration : 12 months contract
Pay Rate: $50/hr W2 or $55/hr 1099
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 6 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end web development.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Drupal 9 or higher, including theming, site building, and administration. Demonstrated expertise in WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards, including testing and remediation.
- Experience with Drupal content migration, taxonomy design, and configuration management.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation) and JavaScript libraries (e.g., React, jQuery).
- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration. Proficiency with prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Ability to clearly document and communicate design decisions, technical processes, and training materials.
- Proven track record of mentoring or training others in Drupal theming and platform management. Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field or equivalent work experience
