Overview

We are hiring an experienced RPA Developer to work REMOTE, supporting a federal automation platform modernizing benefits processing, mail triage, and FOIA operations. This multi-year transformation initiative leverages a robust set of technologies, including AI, RPA, OCR/ICR, NLP, and machine learning to deliver unattended automations at scale.

The specialist will contribute to the design and delivery of advanced automation solutions, integrating with multiple internal and external systems through APIs and evolving data architectures.

Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens and be able to pass the client's background check.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement RPA-based automations for mail triage and FOIA processing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and support business process reengineering (BPR)
  • Integrate automation services with APIs, UI components, and backend systems
  • Work with structured and unstructured data (e.g., text, voice, images) to drive automation workflows
  • Support the adoption of cognitive and emerging technologies in automation efforts
  • Aid in aligning automation strategies with broader IT modernization initiatives


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, or Automation Anywhere)
  • 8+ years of total professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience with AI/automation, analytics, or digital transformation projects
  • Experience in business process reengineering (BPR) for IT systems
  • Familiarity with cognitive and emerging automation technologies
  • Solid understanding of IT ecosystems including networks, event monitoring, and ticketing systems integration
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with public sector clients (Federal, State, or Local Government)




  • W2 Hourly rate: $70 - $94. Rate is based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and is subject to change at any time.
