Industrial Engineer

Title: Industrial Engineer

Location: Richardson, TX

Salary: $80,000-$100,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in process engineering and manufacturing systems to drive productivity and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop and implement process engineering solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for data analysis and reporting.
  • Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve production performance.
  • Support wafer processing activities and optimize related workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process engineering and manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using JMP software for statistical analysis.
