Job Description :
  1. Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll integration
  2. Experience working with Celergo/ADP (required)
  1. Experience configuring fields in Oracle HCM, particularly for payroll and interface readiness
  2. Ability to gather requirements, define interface specs, and map fields to meet Celergo requirements
  3. Responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, and coordination with business and technical teams
