Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide linguistic expertise in syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and sociolinguistics.
- Collaborate with linguists and data operations teams on data collection, curation, translation, localization, and annotation efforts.
- Evaluate and curate datasets for machine learning models using LLM solutions.
- Assess model and data quality.
- Perform prompt engineering tasks.
- Develop complex and consistent linguistic analyses collaboratively.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Speech Science, or a related field.
- Native or near-native fluency in Hindi.
- Awareness of Indian languages and their linguistic, cultural, and local nuances.
- Knowledge of syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, and corpus linguistics.
- Experience working with speech and text data in multiple languages.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and their applications.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with database queries and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, spreadsheets, R, Unix).
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in Linguistics, Romance Languages, Computational Linguistics, Speech Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks, NLP libraries, and tools
