RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Miami, FL.
Key Tasks:
* Business Analyst will be the owner of features, acceptance criteria, and the implementation priorities for the different products in the solution
* Serve as a liaison between the business stakeholders vision and the different project teams in charge of executing the details of the solution
* Develop, maintain, and manage product roadmap, focusing acutely on solution design, feature prioritization, cross project milestones and quality delivery
* Works within and across different Line of Business to prioritize, plan, and execute the implementation schedule for product features
* Identifies, communicates, and monitors product prioritization as well as critical cross-project milestones
* Interfaces closely with all functional & business areas/groups affected by the program, including senior and/or executive management
* May perform hands on business analysis activities such as requirement documentation, product planning and execution, testing, training which might result in addressing delivery impediments or solution issues
* As a Business Analyst, you will develop and track to detailed product roadmaps, understanding schedules, team capacity and velocity
* Make product decisions and recommendations to senior leadership about feature implementation and prioritization with input from others as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS degree or higher; MS degree is a plus; Knowledge and experience in the technology field is preferred
* Scrum Certified
* Minimum of 2+ years of in-depth business experience in managing software related projects/products from initiation through closure within an IT environment
* 2+ years of experience developing product roadmaps
* Functional business analysis background
* Strong analytical and cross- functional collaboration skills
* Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, Scrum
* Experience with PM and Collaboration tools; And Jira
* Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, self-directed, with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Independently motivated with a -team player- mentality
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; Both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
