RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst (ServiceNow) in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive recent experience with ServiceNow, specifically Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements that are aligned with internal policies as well as industry best practices
* Analyze and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions using ServiceNow
* Ensure the alignment of projects with business goals and objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
* Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and related business processes
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user guides, and test cases
* Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams
* Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry best practices to ensure the optimal use of the platform

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
* Recent hands-on experience with ServiceNow
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in creating clear, concise documentation
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and processes focused on optimizing the end-user experience
* ServiceNow certification is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
