Job Details

We are seeking a Business Continuity Platform Administrator with strong experience in business continuity, risk management, and enterprise SaaS platform administration. The ideal candidate will support and enhance the organization s business continuity management tools, assist end-users, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment with industry standards such as ISO 22301.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in communication, cross-functional collaboration, and independently managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and support Business Continuity SaaS platforms.
  • Provide technical and functional user support to enterprise stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate business continuity documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Assist with Business Continuity Management (BCM) lifecycle activities, including risk assessments, impact analyses, and continuity planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and execute continuity-related initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support audits and compliance efforts aligned with ISO 22301 or related standards.
  • Create clear, concise, and well-structured communication materials, presentations, and training guides.
  • Use tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and other collaboration platforms to track tasks and projects.

Required Qualifications
  • 3 5 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or platform administration.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering SaaS platforms in an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22301 or strong understanding of BCM lifecycle and IT concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, SharePoint).
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar workflow/collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
