Project Manager III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager III in Plano, TX.

Duties:
* Project and Task Management: Coordinate all projects and tasks, ensuring clear definition, prioritization, and assignment
* Work Prioritization and Scheduling: Prioritize work with leadership based on business needs and develop project schedules and timelines
* Ownership and Accountability: Ensure each project/task has an owner, due dates, and track progress
* Status Tracking and Reporting: Track status, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues
* Communication and Updates: Provide regular updates on project status and risks
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication with other teams
* Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation (plans, reports, minutes)
* Risk Management: Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 4 years of project management experience in technology, data, and processes; Sales/Sales Operations experience is a plus
* Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
* Project Management Expertise: Experience in planning, scheduling, executing, and tracking projects
* Organizational Skills: Manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy of project information
* Collaboration Skills: Work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Leadership Skills: Influence and motivate team members, drive accountability
* Data Analysis Skills: Analyze data to track progress and provide insights

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
