Compensation:
Pay Range: $133000K-$190000K
Description:
Lead the design and architecture of enterprise performance management solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.
Conduct workshops to gather requirements, identify challenges, and recommend solutions.
Define solution structure, including system integrations, data flows, and financial reporting.
Provide design input for customized workflows, calculations, and financial models.
Oversee implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Lead data migration and integration with enterprise resource planning and financial systems.
Provide training and mentorship to user community and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring best practices.
Conduct workshops to gather requirements and recommend solutions.

Oversee implementation, configuration, and deployment.
Lead data migration and integration with systems.
Provide training and support to the user community.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of relevant solution implementation experience with 3 years in a similar role.
Experience in building metadata, business rules, forms, and reports.
Understanding of finance business processes, specifically around close and consolidation and financial planning and analysis.
Experience integrating enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, and other financial systems.
Proficient in database query languages, spreadsheet software, and scripting languages.
Solid experience working on financial consolidation, planning, and reporting.
Strong knowledge of financial processes, including consolidations and multi-currency translation.
