Title: System Administrator L3
Location: Raymond, OH (100% ONSITE)
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate Range: $50 - $60 per hour on W2 (cannot do C2C/1099)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative IBM ELM Application Administrator to provide administrative and technical support for the IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) platform, including EWM, ETM, DNG, and JRS tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ELM Requirements Management (DNG), excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering IBM ELM applications (EWM, ETM, DNG, JRS).
- Specific experience supporting ELM DNG Requirements Management is a plus.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex application issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work in cross-functional and multi-site teams.
- Experience working with stakeholders to provide application support and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and support IBM ELM tools effectively.
- Proactive engagement with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve application usage.
- Consistent delivery of high-quality technical solutions and support.
- Strong team collaboration and communication across diverse teams and locations.
