About the Role:

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to bridge gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of project needs.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize business needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the banking or financial sector.
• Proven experience in supporting Application Development projects, specifically long-term (2-3 years tenure).
• Strong background in working with developers to gather and communicate requirements effectively.
• Prior involvement in large-scale projects, with budgets of $10M or more.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with business and development teams.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical requirements.
• Deep knowledge of banking/financial products and services.
• Experience in documentation and maintaining project traceability.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Must be available to work in the office 3 days a week.
• No development or testing background required focus is on business analysis and requirements gathering.

• Banking and Financial Industry experience.

Location: Irving, TX (3 days Hybrid)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 $120,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
