Location: Hybrid on site 3 days/ week
Duration: 6+ month contract
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a high-impact portfolio of 30+ projects within our PMO. This role oversees initiatives of varying size, complexity, and strategic importance, with a strong focus on enterprise technology platforms including SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP S/4HANA Finance, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, proven leadership of distributed teams, and the ability to work seamlessly with C-level executives and cross-functional leadership to deliver business-critical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of 30+ active projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and delivery excellence.
Directly oversee a team of 7 Project Managers managing 10-15 concurrent projects each.
Monitor and control risk, scope, budget, and timelines across the full program portfolio.
Drive consistency in PMO practices while fostering continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.
Partner with executives and business stakeholders to ensure program transparency, alignment, and business value.
Provide regular reporting on portfolio health, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Oversee large-scale projects impacting 1,000+ end users with a focus on minimizing disruption and enhancing user experience.
Leverage expertise in SAP SD, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to guide successful technology-driven initiatives.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of program management experience in complex, enterprise-level environments.
Proven track record leading large portfolios and managing distributed teams.
Strong expertise in:
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
SAP S/4HANA Finance
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Demonstrated success mentoring and managing PMs while maintaining accountability for overall program performance.
Experience working directly with C-suite leadership and senior stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of risk mitigation, budgeting, scope control, and resource allocation.
