Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled LLaMA AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize advanced solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will focus on developing, fine-tuning, and deploying applications powered by LLaMA models, working closely with research, engineering, and product teams to drive innovation and deliver scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize machine learning pipelines using LLaMA and other large-scale language models.
  • Fine-tune LLaMA models for domain-specific use cases, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLaMA-powered applications into products and services.
  • Conduct research on LLM training, inference optimization, and model compression techniques to improve scalability.
  • Monitor performance, run experiments, and continuously enhance model accuracy, reliability, and speed.
  • Stay updated on advancements in LLMs, NLP, and generative AI, applying them to real-world challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Master s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with transformer architectures, LLaMA, GPT, or similar LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed training frameworks.
  • Experience in fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deploying LLMs at scale.
  • Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with multilingual model training and optimization.
  • Research contributions in LLM efficiency, interpretability, or safety.
  • Publications, open-source contributions, or community involvement in NLP/AI.
