Job Details
Title: ServiceNow Mid Level Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months

Description:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, specifically IRM, Security Operations, and SAM/HAM
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions in alignment with customer requirements and platform best practices
- Support integration of ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings
- Maintain system integrity and perform routine platform upgrades and patches
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing platform support
Requirements:
- Experience with ServiceNow development
- Experience with IRM, Security Operations, and SAM/HAM modules
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and scripting (JavaScript, Glide)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- 1+ ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer certifications (CIS and/or CAD)
- ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- CompTIA Security+ (as applicable)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to meet LCAT (Labor Category) requirements
