ROLE DESCRIPTION
AGG is adding a Salesforce Consultant to our team which requires a seasoned Salesforce professional to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce systems, drive automation, manage integrations, and support platform governance while collaborating with stakeholders to improve business processes. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in Salesforce administration, development, and CRM implementations, holds multiple Salesforce certifications, and demonstrates strong technical, analytical, and communication skills in a global delivery environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, operate, and integrate Salesforce systems to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, CPQ, or other relevant modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design business processes, automation, and workflows within Salesforce.
- Lead workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.
- Support data migration, system integrations, and ensure data integrity during Salesforce deployments.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- Assist in testing, training, and change management to drive adoption and user satisfaction.
- Partner with developers and technical architects to advise on best practices, including Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and compliance.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and AppExchange solutions to recommend improvements.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Certifications: Minimum of 5 current Salesforce certifications- see list below
- 5+ years with Salesforce administration and configuration: Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning, Experience/Community Cloud, and basic Salesforce platform security.
- Familiarity with data migration tools like Data Loader, ETL tools, or APIs.
- Exposure to integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce development concepts (Apex, LWC).
- Reporting and dashboard creation using Salesforce native tools or Tableau CRM.
- Strong business analysis and process mapping experience.
- Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with multiple Salesforce implementations and deployment projects.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment
- Excellent communication both written and verbal, technical and nontechnical
- Ability to build relationships that foster collaboration and support adoption of initiatives
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution required; three years of progressive experience in lieu of formal education will also be considered
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Preferred)
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Developer I
- Other Salesforce certifications highly desired
