Job Title:JBPM Developer

Job Description:
- We are looking for a talented JBPM Developer to join our team in Irving, TX.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using jBPM (Java Business Process Management).
- You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design workflows, and ensure the successful delivery of BPM projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with jBPM (preferably jBPM 6.x or 7.x).
- Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and DMN (Decision Model and Notation).
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE development and Spring Framework.
- Experience with Drools for business rules management.
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
