The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Position Summary:
- The Senior Analyst, Reporting & Insights - Network will apply expertise in data analysis, analytical tools, and stakeholder management skills to ensure efficient data management, promote data-driven insights, and decision making to enhance health plan operations.
- This critical team member will leverage technology and data to improve health outcomes and operational improvements by designing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and analytical tools which yield actionable insights.
- A successful colleague will support multiple projects/initiatives concurrently, supplying an analytical perspective to the workgroup and delivering high quality work products on schedule and in-line with stakeholders' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytical skills
- Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making processes and inform strategic initiatives within the organization.
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the design, data collection, analysis, and reporting phases of new projects to generate evidence-based insights.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders using tools such as business intelligence software or data visualization platforms to create compelling visual representations of data.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency by implementing data management strategies and protocols.
Stakeholder management skills
- Help define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and establish clear metrics for measuring project success.
- Help develop project plans, timelines, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years work experience with business Intelligence tools .
- Experience with data analytics in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record supporting complex projects and/or programs that resulted in material business successful outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and proficiency working with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Dataiku), and programming languages (e.g., Python)
- Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA.
- specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
