Job Details

Role: Senior System Support Analyst

Location: Columbia, SC(Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance and availability across cloud platforms like Azure or AWS using tools such as Azure Network Watcher, CloudWatch, or SolarWinds
  • Design and configure cloud network components including virtual networks, subnets, VPNs, and load balancers ensuring secure and efficient connectivity across hybrid environments
  • Perform problem resolution by analysing logs, packet captures, and alerts to identify and remediate network issues
  • Automate network provisioning and enforce consistency in deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates

Must have skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 years of technical experience with systems analysis, design, and/or programming experience or other job-related IT experience
  • Experience with cloud networking components, such as Azure Virtual Network (VNet), AWS VPC, Route Tables, Network Security Groups (NSGs), VPN Gateways, and Load Balancers
  • Proficiency with VPN technologies for configuring and troubleshooting both cloud and hybrid network environments
  • Experience with network monitoring and security tools, such as AWS CloudWatch for monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning of cloud networks
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates
  • Agile experience

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related degree
