RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create in-depth operational reporting and analysis.
- Promote and strengthen development standards.
- Perform Quality Assurance of all operational reporting.
- Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources.
- Works with business partners and development teams to ensure that data products support stakeholder decision making aligned with business initiatives.
- Assesses market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends.
- Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current supply chain processes.
- Compiles business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations.
- Maintains current knowledge of industry and business trends through communication with professional organizations, suppliers, customers, competitors, and other informed individuals.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree required.
- Experience in process analysis and development.
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical ability and decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen, with demonstrated ability to think strategically.
- Effective problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in varying departmental areas in a project-oriented environment.
- Ability to effectively function as a team member.
- Ability to prioritize handling multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
- Ability to facilitate meetings, manage projects, and manage relationships.
- Knowledge of Database structures preferred.
- Knowledge of the IBM AS/400 data configuration and programming structure recommended.
- Knowledge in ASP.Net, SQL Server, and Oracle preferred.
- Experience in coding in at least one language previously preferred, ex. Python, C, C++, C# or VB.
- Knowledge of intranet/internet web architecture and design desirable.
