Job Description:
Exchange on-prem/online
we will need someone who has worked with a GCC tenant C high C global secure tenants. A GCC tenant is a tenant of Microsofts Government Community Cloud, which is a cloud service for US government agencies and their partners. GCC tenants are designed to meet higher security and compliance requirements.
Lead the support for Exchange Online (80%) and on-premises Exchange/ADFS (20%), including critical upgrades and security patching, while proactively addressing mailflow issues to maintain operational excellence.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize NYPDs cloud infrastructure resulting in improved security postures and reduced on-premises footprint.
Immediate opportunities for Exchange Online \\ On Prem (CE). In this role youll have the opportunity to work with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000. You will be a trusted advisor, responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Security services for diverse client environments ensuring customer satisfaction. You will help them stabilized developed solution areas.
We need individuals that:
Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations
Exchange Online - Migrations from on-Premises to online, mail routing configurations where MX points to EOP or third party gateway
Exchange On-prem - Moving from older to newer versions of Exchange, hybrid configuration
Defender for O365 (email hygiene policies, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, advanced hunting a plus)
Tools: Threat Explorer, Quarantine, Exchange Admin Center
Exchange Online Powershell scripting
(Purview - especially as it relates to email, other workloads a plus)
Purview - Retention policies and labels
Purview - Sensitivity Labels
Purview - DLP (Endpoint DLP is a plus but not required)
Purview - eDiscovery
Purview - These are pluses but not required : Insider Risk Management, Information Barriers, Communications Compliance
Possess deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty and can solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting. You will also need to be able to examine possible workarounds and escalations as required.
