Business Analyst/Scrum Master- Insurance

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of AI capabilities and integration workflows within a new underwriting platform. This individual will play a key role in automating the submission and risk triage process, supporting the rollout of over 50 insurance products over the next 18–24 months. You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders from Strategic Execution, AI, and Policy Administration teams, helping to drive process optimization, requirements gathering, and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of workflows for automated submission, risk profiling, and triage.
• Manage sprints, delivery timelines, and roadmap execution across an 18–24 month window.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear, actionable requirements.
• Identify ambiguities in business asks and drive clarity through structured analysis and questioning.
• Coordinate across QA, BA, Health Administration, and technical teams.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and workflow processes.
• Support integration efforts across various systems, including OneShield and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage delivery roadmaps and coordinate sprint planning.
• Strong experience in writing and refining business requirements.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with business users to elicit clarity.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with QA, technical, and admin personnel.
• Highly adaptable and quick to learn in dynamic environments.
• Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus (no specific tools required).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
