Job Summary
This role is centered on enterprise-level Active Directory administration and infrastructure management. The candidate will lead domain controller projects, oversee audit compliance, and support key enterprise initiatives related to identity and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Active Directory Domain Controllers and Group Policies.
- Should have extensive hands on experience on physical Domain controllers as we have more than 1300 physical domain controllers.
- Lead infrastructure projects such as domain controller replacement and rightsizing.
- Support CyberArk PAM integrations and GPO modifications.
- Act as a technical lead for audit and compliance efforts (SOX, internal).
- Collaborate with architects and systems programmers on scalable identity solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations for enterprise support.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years in systems programming or enterprise identity management.
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, LDAP, and ADFS.
- Experience with CyberArk, Entra ID, and domain controller administration.
- Strong Windows Server infrastructure background.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX.
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
