Job Title: SEO Analyst

Location: Glendale, CA - Onsite 4x a week

Platform / Stack

You will work with technologies that include Jira, Adobe Analytics, Semrush, and Google Search Console.


Compensation Expectation: $35 50/hr


What You'll Do As a SEO Analyst:

  • Execute onsite SEO projects from ideation to launch across company websites
  • Audit and optimize technical SEO elements (e.g., Core Web Vitals, metadata, crawl/indexation, JavaScript rendering, XML sitemaps)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing in an Agile environment (JIRA, Smartsheet)
  • Monitor organic KPIs and diagnose issues or drops in performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, GSC, and Semrush
  • Develop and refine strategies for emerging search platforms, including Google AI Overviews, generative AI chatbots, and social discovery engines
  • Conduct SEO-driven content research and provide clear, brand-aligned recommendations for new and existing pages
  • Report on SEO performance, rankings, and revenue attribution to help shape decision-making
  • Contribute to building repeatable processes and documentation that improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing
  • Stay current on search engine algorithm updates, generative AI developments, and multi-platform search trends
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail, meeting deadlines across both content and technical deliverables


Qualifications:

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • 2 4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a large-scale or enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and the ability to collaborate with developers and product teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush, Google Search Console), analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics), and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, Agile workflows, and large content management systems.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or entertainment industries is a plus.
  • Exposure to App Store Optimization (ASO) and omnichannel SEO strategy is preferred but not required.
