Compensation: 160-225K + equity

In the next 2 3 months, our founding engineers will take Burnt from a wedge product into full enterprise deployments, scaling from pilots to tens of millions of dollars in automated orders every month. To do this, we need fast-moving, obsessive, high-caliber builders.

You ll rapidly ship high-quality code and own end-to-end projects that are both technically demanding and strategically critical: LLM orchestration pipelines, real-time integrations into legacy ERPs, intelligent workflow automation, and user-facing tools that distributors rely on every day. It s optional but encouraged that you sit with customers inside warehouses, offices, and factories - to build empathy for the people whose lives your code will transform.

Must Haves:

• 2 - 5 years of experience of professional experience, with a core of their professional career spent in a hypergrowth startup phase (Seed to Series B).
• Experience at early-stage hypergrowth startups (Seed to Series B).
• Previous founder experience or exceptional extracurricular achievements.
• Experience scaling ML models in production environments
• Proficiency in Python and core data science libraries.
• Proficiency in Next.js for frontend development.
• Experience with AWS for cloud-native infrastructure.
• Understanding of GPU infrastructure and model optimization.
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Skilled at optimizing small language models for scalability.
