Description for Internal Candidates

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end content transformation by scoping and shaping product strategy, business goals, innovative solution, programs, and deliverables for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Partner with tech partners to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, tech requirements, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of AEM Sites solutions.
  • Customize and extend CMS components, templates, and workflows, as well as integrate CMS with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in AEM technologies and provides thought leadership and insights to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and DAM, including customization and implementation.
  • Experience with AEM Developer tools such as Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit and CRXDE
  • Hands-on experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs and services
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Familiarity with the Java Content Repository API
  • Prior experience with Marketing Technology and Financial Services is preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSGi and its Declarative Services
  • Familiarity with building tools, including Maven
  • Knowledge of version control tools, especially Git
  • Experience in pair programming and code reviews. Familiarity with task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence
