Job Details

  • Functional expertise in Inventory Management using either one of the ERP (Oracle Cloud /Oracle EBS)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • It's beneficial to have a resource with a good understanding of various BI reporting tools.
  • Support in requirement gathering, data validation, and ongoing support to other teams like Data Modeler, ETL and BI Reporting
  • 7+ years of experience as a highly technical Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst supporting data and analytic software development projects.
  • Basic understanding of table-level architecture for data mapping from the ERP perspective is advantageous.
  • Support in requirement gathering, data validation, and ongoing support to other teams like Modeling, ETL and Reporting.
  • Provide guidance in analytics reporting involving scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and adhoc reports.
  • Leverage a solid understanding of domain specific knowledge, and the end-user experience to impact the final data visualization product, which includes dashboards, reports, insights, or analyses.
  • Performs data analysis on different data sources (multiple ERP), consolidating multiple data sets and analyzing the data accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with reporting and end users to document the As-Is and To-Be state of existing data warehouses, focusing on:
  1. KPIs and metrics
  2. Data models and relationships
  3. Business and technical logic
  4. Transformation rules and technical specifications
  • Documents current and emerging business needs and works with internal and external service providers to define and deliver data and analytics solutions.
  • Assists with the development of test designs and develops test cases
  • Participates in sessions to gather business context from Product Owners, analyze, document findings.
  • Collaborates with internal customers to ensure user requirements are complete and concise, confirming that changes and enhancements meet technical specifications and user requirements.
  • Performs business process analysis to define how data and analytic solutions should be configured to meet those needs.
