Job Details

Requirements:

  • 7 10 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience in M&A integration and operational process improvement.
  • Industry experience in commercial laundry, garment sales.
  • Proficient in project management tools like Jira, and/or MS Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and/or relevant field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage post-merger integration projects.
  • Oversee and execute strategic and operational projects.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and KPIs; manage risks.
  • Drive process improvements, infrastructure upgrades.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
