- Analyze and Interpret Data: Support the team in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions.
- Build Tools and Dashboards: Help develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations that empower teams across NE Electric to make data-driven choices.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, planners, and business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Communicate with Impact: Learn to tell compelling stories with data-whether it's through a well-crafted slide deck or a quick update to a stakeholder.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Environmental Science, or similar)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or Power BI
- Effective communication skills and a desire to grow in stakeholder engagement
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for continuous improvement
