As a Level 3 Staff ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining modules within the ServiceNow platform. You will work with ITSM processes and extend capabilities using best practices. This role focuses on mid-level technical contributions and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop ServiceNow solutions within the ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
Maintain and enhance ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
Support mid-sized projects with minimal supervision and contribute to larger-scale implementations.
Perform unit testing and support UAT.
Work with the ServiceNow admin team to maintain platform health and compliance.
Document technical designs and provide knowledge transfers to support staff.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and defects.
Provide input on platform upgrades and patching strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
Proficiency in core modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB).
Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
