Radiance is searching for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to provide support to critical computer systems and network infrastructure. The qualified candidate will provide design, maintenance, sustainment, and enhancement support for the architecture in a classified and unclassified environment; ensure compliance with applicable information assurance requirements; ensure 24/7 continuity of operations; and create and update relevant system documents. Work hours are normal business hours, however, occasional support during non-business hours may be required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in the installation, configurations, and maintenance of Windows servers, desktops, and network devices in accordance with all NIST 800-53A r4 and DISA STIG and SRG requirements. Linux experience is a huge plus..
- Experience in Patch Management for corporate fleet of systems, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to evaluate and gain comprehension of new technologies to assist with new requirement implementation efforts.
- Experience with log aggregation technologies allowing for the collection and filtering of syslog and audit trails.
- Experience with supporting software development environments that utilize commercial, GOTS, and custom tooling.
- Experience performing system design, hardware/software implementation and integration, and general infrastructure support.
- Experience preparing documentation related to system configurations and baselines.
- Experience with providing backup and recovery services; manage file systems and disk space.
- Experience with desktop and server virtualization within VMWare vSphere and EXSI (Proxmox and Xen Orchestra a plus)
- Provide daily, on-site, support for the operations/maintenance.
- Performs troubleshooting for complex hardware, software, and network problems.
- Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader
- Experience in User account and access control management (Active Directory, LDAP, User Access Control) in a domain or stand-alone environment.
- Experience in System Administration duties in a Windows environment (ADDS, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Group Policy, NPS, etc)
- Experience with the proper marking, handling, and storage of classified materials.
Required Experience
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a System Administrator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers, and senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple networks in a dynamic, demanding environment.
- Basic knowledge of Risk Management Framework requirements and how they impact the configuration requirements for Windows and Linux systems.

- Previous experience working in a classified Collateral environment / SAP / SCI /.
- Prior experience as a System Administrator at an organization of similar size and complexity.
- DoD Directive 8570 / 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
(e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP)
- Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity related tools to include, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and vulnerability scanners.
- Experience in Information Assurance and Cyber Security.
- Experience with SIEM tools, VMWare, ExaGrid, ManageEngine, Satellite, Synology, Dell OpenManage, endpoint security tools.
- Familiar with NISPOM/RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, and NIST/DFARS compliance security controls and how to implement on various OS computer systems.
