Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of one or more SAP SF modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment, or Compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, LMS, PMGM, RCM, ONB, Compensation, Succession Planning).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Create functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
- Support data migration, interface development, and integration with SAP HCM or other third-party systems.
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide support during go-live and post-go-live phases.
- Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
- Ensure system design aligns with business goals and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (one or more modules: EC, PMGM, LMS, RCM, ONB, etc.).
- End-to-end implementation experience in at least one full SAP SF project.
- Good understanding of SAP HCM integration.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (preferred or required for specific modules).
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
- Experience in global implementations and support environments.
