Job Location: Plano, TX / Wilmington, DE (Hybrid/Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of one or more SAP SF modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment, or Compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or participate in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Configure SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, LMS, PMGM, RCM, ONB, Compensation, Succession Planning).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Create functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Support data migration, interface development, and integration with SAP HCM or other third-party systems.
  • Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide support during go-live and post-go-live phases.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Ensure system design aligns with business goals and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (one or more modules: EC, PMGM, LMS, RCM, ONB, etc.).
  • End-to-end implementation experience in at least one full SAP SF project.
  • Good understanding of SAP HCM integration.
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification (preferred or required for specific modules).
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
  • Experience in global implementations and support environments.
