We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Analyst / Solution Architect to lead configuration and optimization efforts within Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). This role bridges business and technology ideal for someone who can both configure and implement.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience designing and automating Recruiting, Journeys, and Workflow processes, reading and troubleshooting Fast Formulas, and collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules, including requisitions, job offers, and candidate experience workflows.
  • Design and maintain Journeys and Workflow automations to streamline end-to-end recruiting processes.
  • Translate recruiting business processes into Oracle HCM configurations and functional solutions.
  • Read and troubleshoot Fast Formulas and partner with developers on technical enhancements.
  • Develop and execute PL/SQL queries for validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Ensure integrations between Oracle HCM modules and other systems operate seamlessly.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
  • Lead discussions with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity between functional and technical requirements.
  • Research and recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Support end-users, perform testing, and document configurations and design decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with a strong focus on Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Deep functional understanding of recruiting processes within Oracle HCM.
  • Proficiency in Journeys, Workflows, and Fast Formulas configuration.
  • Strong technical fluency: ability to read code and write PL/SQL queries (not a developer role).
  • Proven ability to act as both a functional consultant and technical configurator.
  • Familiarity with HCM integrations, data flow, and system architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business terms.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HRIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) or Apex customizations.
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards (OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar).
  • Exposure to higher-education or public-sector environments.
