Job Title - Change Management Consultant Location - Remote Work
Duration 12 months
We are seeking a highly motivated contractor with proven expertise in project change management to support strategic transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading change efforts across complex projects, with a strong ability to develop and execute communication strategies and training plans that drive adoption. This role also requires proficiency in conducting stakeholder assessments to identify impact, readiness, and engagement needs. The successful candidate will be a collaborative partner who can translate change strategies into actionable plans that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Preferred experience includes experience deploying customer loyalty programs.
