Job Details

Description

We are looking for an experienced Voice Architect to join our client's 100% remote team. This short-term contract role will be part time, working for multiple clients on Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice Connect projects. You will play a pivotal part in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that align with business objectives. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between technical development and client goals while ensuring seamless integration across platforms.

Responsibilities:

Lead client-facing activities, including gathering requirements, conducting system demonstrations, and facilitating user training.

Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements utilizing cloud technologies.

Develop functional designs, user stories, and technical documentation based on client needs.

Configure and optimize features within a leading ERP/CRM platform and integrate with cloud-based communication tools.

Collaborate with onshore and offshore technical teams to implement, test, and validate custom solutions.

Ensure project deliverables are completed with high quality and within agreed timelines.

Provide expertise in mapping business requirements to technical solutions to achieve measurable outcomes.

Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data analysis tools to support decision-making.

Apply Agile methodologies, including backlog management, user story creation, and participation in scrum activities.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in cloud platforms or enterprise ERP/CRM systems.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience configuring cloud-based telephony and CRM voice solutions.

Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect experience including integrations

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.

Experience in aligning technical solutions with business objectives to deliver measurable results.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as writing user stories and participating in scrum teams.

Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Service-focused CRM certifications, or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
