Our client is hiring a Technology Architecture & Governance Strategy Lead on a long-term contract basis.

Summary:
We are looking for a team member who will work closely with the Architecture & Governance Enablement & Governance Lead and drive further adoption and engagement with Architecture and Governance practice. The Architecture & Governance Ops, Risk and Strategic Initiatives team works in a complex space with many initiatives running in parallel. The successful candidate will be one who can independently drive initiatives forward while partnering with stakeholders, communicate to senior audiences and navigate nuanced scenarios.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in risk and control function for divisional Architecture function.
- Additional risk and control responsibilities assisting Technology coverage across Firm's bank entities
- Ability to synthesize complex subjects into impactful, executive summaries
- Help drive Architecture & Governance engagement strategy with Business and Technology leaders
- Create flow charts and architecture diagrams
- Partner with stakeholders to build roadmap of modernization strategy for silos across the 10,000+ person Institutional Securities Technology division
- Create thoughtful whitepapers and practical executive briefings in partnership with Architects for consumption by divisional leads
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience as an advisory consultant, ideally with prior experience with risk and control engagements
- 7-15+ years total experience
- Exceptional written and spoken communication
- Deep interest in technology trends and emerging tech
- Experience working in tech/finance/fintech space
- Think quickly on their feet and creatively work through challenges to drive objectives to completion
