Description
We are looking for a skilled Process Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Draper, Utah. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in documenting and analyzing IT processes to support ISO9001 certification efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will create detailed process flows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance while identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio to clearly depict IT workflows.
Create comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with ISO9001 certification standards.
Collaborate with various departments to gather, analyze, and document IT process information.
Identify and document key IT processes such as incident management, change management, and service request management.
Conduct process analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
Maintain and update process documentation to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
Provide training and support to IT teams on newly developed processes and procedures.
Utilize visual tools like flowcharts and supporting documentation to enhance clarity and understanding.
Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational policies and ISO9001 certification requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in process analysis or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for creating detailed process diagrams.
Strong knowledge of ISO9001 certification standards and practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex IT processes.
Experience in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) with attention to detail.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is a plus.
