Job Description

Job Title: CT NITRO AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to develop enterprise-grade AI-powered applications. You will work with Python-based applications and utilize multimodal LLMs, agentic frameworks such as LangGraph and Microsoft Agent Framework, MCP, A2A, RAG, and various agentic design patterns. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable, secure data pipelines and AI solutions primarily in the cloud (preferably Microsoft Azure). Experience with Microsoft Copilot is preferred. This role combines modern generative AI with classical ML/NLP strategies to deliver high-performance, cost-effective enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn about new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy Python applications, including APIs, event-driven functions, and data pipelines (occasionally in Databricks), adhering to enterprise standards for security, scalability, and performance.
  • Design and integrate LLM-driven solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, Microsoft Agentic Framework, and Microsoft Copilot
  • Apply classical ML and NLP techniques where appropriate.
  • Write SQL queries proficiently.
  • Build systems utilizing SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases for AI workloads.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions within cloud ecosystems (Azure preferred).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
  • Understand big data frameworks (such as Databricks) and popular open-source AI models.
