Job Title: Construction Cost Estimator (UPB Specialist)
- Experience with UPB development and analysis (RSMeans, Gordian, etc.)
- Familiarity with CSI/MasterFormat standards
- Strong construction cost modeling background
- Experience maintaining large task databases (250,000+ items)
