LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Solution Analyst to join our growing team focused on transforming service and support operations through Salesforce innovation. This role is ideal for someone who blends deep Salesforce platform knowledge with strong business analysis skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative fintech environment. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Service, Operations, and Sales, as well as cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, and QA, to design and deliver impactful Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and business value.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with business owners to gather and document requirements, identify gaps, and translate needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes to improve efficiency and automation.
- Design functional and technical Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and APIs.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, mockups, process flows, and data mappings.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across Salesforce environments.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and align solutions with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Support change management, testing, and deployment processes.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally in the financial services or fintech domain.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven ability to create detailed documentation, including use cases, workflows, and data maps.
- Experience with data analysis and data management best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive consensus across diverse teams.
