Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.

Responsibilities:

Assist senior project managers in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables

Assist in developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation

Coordinate project team activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget

Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues

Assist in managing project budgets, including monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to financial constraints

Assist in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues

Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder requirements

Assist maintaining project documentation and records, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and budget reports

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members

Assist conducting post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Project Management

Certification in Project Management, such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), is highly valued

Strong desire to learn and develop project management skills

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
